This is a movie about dirty cops and them getting around the system. After Spenser gets released from prison he finds out that the cop who sent him there was murdered. They framed an innocent young cop as his murderer but Spenser knew it wasn't true. Spenser does everything in his power to have the truth come out and have everyone who was behind it pay for their crime. Little does he know that when he discovers the truth it is was his friend. This movie is on Netflix.
