Lady Bird

This movie is very weird. If you love independent films this is the one for you. Christine who decides to go by Lady Bird is dealing with trying to get out of Sacramento and going to college on the East Coast. This is a dream for her because her family cannot afford for her to go to college out of state. This does not stop Lady Bird. She also battles with her relationship with her mother, which is very toxic. They fight all the time and her mom tells her she is not good enough to live up to the dreams she has. Lady Bird also goes through your normal teenage troubles. In the end, she proves everyone who was against her wrong and makes it to New York City. This movie is on Netflix.
